By placing an order you accept the following Terms and Conditions.

Copyright

"Off the Record" can allow you, the customer, to order ONE COPY ONLY of your compilation cd.

Each cd is made on the understanding that it will be played for your personal and domestic use only.

Under no circumstances will any cd be made for: Duplicating, Re-distribution, Retail Sale or Broadcasting in any form.

An order requesting multiple copies of the same cd compilation must be accompanied by proof of copyright ownership.

Packing & Transportation

"Off the Record" will take all possible  precautions to ensure that your records and tapes are correctly packaged for return shipping. However, "Off the Record" can not be responsible for recordings lost or damaged in transit.

Delivery

Every order is processed as quickly as possible, however, during busy periods orders may take a little longer than normal to complete.

All orders are processed on a first come first served basis - ie. in the order they are received.

Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be completed - although normally the turn around time is much less.

Process & Limitations

During the process every effort will be made to improve the audio quality of the finished cd however the process is subject to limitations and not all "noises" can be removed. For example, a deep scratch will still be heard but should be less obvious than on the original damaged recording.
