Getting your treasured records and tapes to us safely and undamaged is very
important. It is equally important that we return them to you in the same
condition as they arrived.
You may wish to send them by a specialist parcel carrier or by post - the
choice is yours.
You may decide to send a cassette tape copy of your most treasured vinyl
recordings. Not only will this ensure that your records can't be damaged or
lost, it will also cost less. We have reduced the price of making a cd from a
tape. If you prefer to do this, please send the record title and track
details together with labeling details with your order. Also, and this is most
important - make sure the taped reproduction is of the highest quality possible.
We request that you take responsibility for packing and the cost of
transportation to us - we will take responsibility for their return to you, and
pay the return cost, even if it more than our standard p&p price - and, of
course, this includes the cost of packing and sending your new cd.
